National Police Cadet Corps (NPCC)

"Pride & Passion"
Our Cadets' Achievements

The SPF-NPCC Badge
The SPF-NPCC Badge was first launched in 1997 to give recognition to graduating cadets who have shown outstanding leadership performance and contributions to the corps and to the school unit during his or her term of service.

Each year only the top few percent of all graduating cadets in NPCC are awarded this prestigious badge after going through two rounds of interviews. It is the highest award badge that cadets can vie for.

We are pleased to announce that 3 cadets were awarded this prestigious award in 2018:
Naing Aung Lwin (Coordinator) - 4A2
Lim Pei Shan Janica (Vice-coordinator) - 4S1
Jovin Wong Yin Leng (Campcraft Head and Parade Commander of Drills Competition Squad) - 4B2

About the CCA

The MISSION of the National Police Cadet Corps is to develop its Cadets into Caring and Responsible Citizens.

The VISION of the National Police Cadet Corps is to mould the Builders of a Safe & Secure home.

NPCC cadets gain an understanding of police work through activities such as .22 revolver shooting, visits to special units such as the K-9 dog unit or the Police Coast Guard, community walkabouts and SG secure trainings. They also attend various courses such as CSI, Basic Law, Homefront Security and Police Heritage, just to name a few.

Cadets are sometimes pushed out of their comfort zone at the Adventure and Survival Training Camps held at Pulau Ubin. They build their own shelter for sleeping in, cook their own meals, try out water activities, ropes obstacle courses and a land expedition and enjoy a campfire under the stars.
